YAD ELIE is a non-profit organization raising money to provide hot meals for needy school children.

Who do we serve?

Unfortunately, poverty knows no borders.

YAD ELIE's main concern is to feed young children of all colors and creeds in elementary schools in West and East Jerusalem.

In addition YAD ELIE feeds Israeli adolescents who dropped out of school and are trying to finish high school. YAD ELIE also distributes food to needy families before major holidays.

How do we do it?

YAD ELIE volunteers work tirelessly to raise funds in order to meet its goals.

Recently YAD ELIE organized a number of benefit concerts in which the artists performed free of charge. Members of YAD ELIE give talks and publish articles concerning Israeli children living under the poverty line.
